Sidra Community Alert: How to Correctly Receive Your OTP Code via Email Important Update
The Sidra News Room would like to inform the entire Sidra community about the proper process of receiving and using the Sidra OTP (One-Time Password) code sent to your email during login or verification.
All users are advised to ensure that they enter the same email address used when creating their Sidra account in order to successfully receive the OTP code.
If you do not find the OTP code in your primary inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as the message may sometimes be redirected there by your email provider.
When copying the OTP code from your email into the Sidra App, kindly ensure that the CAPTCHA verification is correctly completed (the CAPTCHA box should show a tick). Once this is confirmed, you can proceed to paste the OTP code and continue logging into your account.
